PQ Programme
How can this course help my mental fitness?
We have all heard of physical fitness and the importance of it to our health but little is talked about mental fitness. Just like physical fitness we should be taking the time, every day, to quieten and strengthen our positive mental muscles.
When we don’t look after our mental fitness, we feel stressed, frustrated, easily angered or upset, and generally unhappy. A knock on effect of this is poor productivity at work, relationship conflicts, and feelings of inadequacy to name a few.
Taking part in this course is like a mental fitness boot-camp! Everyday you will be required to take part in challenges that will improve your mental muscles. It does this by forming new neural pathways in your brain that will encourage more positive habits in your mind. After a few weeks, you will start to see the world around change because you will be seeing it from a new perspective.

Negative thoughts and positive thoughts live in entirely different regions of the brain.
You can cause a dramatic shift in brain activation to weaken the negative and boost the positive.
3 core muscles constitute mental fitness.
It has been proven, by brain scans, that if you commit to the programme fully, for the six weeks, your mental fitness will improve significantly with this practice.
